This is a test.
I have been looking into the AT Protocol used by Bluesky and what it would take to self-host the PDS (Personal Data Server) used by Bluesky and the AT Protocol. I had previously toyed with hosting my own Mastodon instance and know a bit about the ActivityPub protocol used by Mastodon and the Fediverse. So far, I am impressed by the AT Protocol.
Since the protocol distinguishes and segments user data, you can host your own data. All your posts will still show up in the Bluesky app, but you have physical custody of your data.
That got me curious, so I am now looking at other apps that use the AT protocol. One of them is a blogging app called WhiteWind.
So what do you think?
