docker if you're seeing this please for the love of god fix this.
i want you to open this link and tell me how many spam accounts you can find in 60s. last time i did this for an hour i found 100s if not not 1000s of accounts all with 100s of repos each.
it doesnt take a genius to work out that these are spam.
