The 15th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade has released a new recruitment video, and this one is a confession from a soldier describing how his own commanders murdered subordinates to keep the unit obedient.
Command Murder as a Motivational Tool
Dmitry, from Chelyabinsk, serving in military unit 90600, says his company commander and two trained subordinates "zeroed" several soldiers in a pit. The stated purpose was to calm the rest of the unit enough to keep following orders.
Moscovia built this command structure for its "special operation." Officers murdering their own men as a motivational tool, because the mission itself cannot generate loyalty.
Wounded Are Expendable
