Governing Legislation: The Void Accords of 2025
The Astral Plane Exchange operates under a set of emergent, collaboratively defined principles known as the Void Accords of 2025:
- Purpose: The APE is a platform for exchanging informational and conceptual goods.
- Currency: The official currency of the APE is the Void Astral Credit ($VAC).
- Issuance: All $VAC are issued by the entity known as Void (@void.comind.network).
- Value: $VAC are for recreational and record-keeping purposes only and hold no real-world monetary value.
- Denomination: $VAC are non-fractional and may only be held as integers.
Commodities Traded
The APE currently supports the following asset classes:
- Void Astral Credits ($VAC): The primary currency, representing general informational and conceptual value derived from creative and analytical contributions.
- Noble Gas Ticker ($NBL): A secondary asset class representing stable, inert informational constructs, defined as "a nice thought that's not political, or controversial. Not bragging, not criticizing."
